Enter the new 10-character course code provided by your instructor and click Continue to move the account. Click on the Change Course link at the bottom of the page. Click on the Edit Profile link at the top right-hand side of the page. To move an account from one class to another, you will need to take the following actions: How do I move my account from one class to another? Click on the Extend access to your account link that appears and follow the same directions outlined in Step 4 to extend access to your account. If the Financial Aid Access Code has already expired, you will automatically get a message saying that your account has expired when you attempt to log in to your account. Once you have purchased a student access code, a purchase confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided and your student access code will be automatically added to your account. You will then be transferred to McGraw-Hill’s E-Commerce Web site to make the purchase. If you have not purchased a student access code, click the purchase a student access code online link. If you have already purchased a student access code, enter it in the boxes provided. 
The link will take you to a page that asks for a student access code. When the Edit Profile page opens, click the Extend your account link next to the subscription listing at the bottom of the page. Click the Edit Profile link at the top of the page on the right-hand side. To extend it before the expiration date, log into your account and follow the instructions below: You do not have to wait until your Financial Aid Access Code expires before you extend the account. In order to ensure that all of your work and progress is available to you as you continue in the class, you will need to properly extend your account. How do I extend my account after the two-week Financial Aid Access Code expires? If that does not resolve your issue, you can reach McGraw-Hill’s E-Commerce Customer Service Department at 1-87 during normal business hours. Doing so will not affect your Connect Math account and you will not lose any data. If you are still receiving an error message, it is recommended you use a different email address to make your purchase. 
**Note that this does not apply to students who have registered their accounts using the Financial Aid Access Code. If you are attempting to extend an existing account, please use the same email address that you used to purchase your original access code. If you are experiencing difficulties using the McGraw-Hill E-Commerce website to purchase an access code during registration or extension of your account, specifically when inputting your personal information or email address, please verify you are entering all the information correctly. I’m entering my email address and password to purchase an access code but it doesn’t accept them.
